Ms. Jeannette King, MBA, PMP®, ITIL® Expert, President & CEO
Ms. King has over 15 years of experience in the areas of commercial and federal project and program management with a focus on Information Security and Application Development. Ms. King is a solutions provider who specializes in analyzing strategic objectives and goals of an organization and matching technology to meet the business need. Ms. King is experienced in the analysis, documentation, and project management of system conversions, implementations, and can convert highly technical information into dollars and cents for executive level management to understand. Managing multiple level stakeholders within an organization is a specialty possessed by Ms. King who has a successful track record with a myriad of large government agencies-both civil and defense, as well as at large companies like Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Ms. King's extensive experience implementing Information Technology solutions to meet the strategic needs of organizations includes full lifecycle development support & management, technical documentation, training, requirements analysis and management, hardware and software management, ITIL, ISO, and CMMI.
Ms. King has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master's of Business Administration. She is also certified as a Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional, is an ITIL Expert, and is ISO/IEC 20000 manager-consultant certified. Izla F. Hearn, Practice Manager
Ms. Hearn has over 10 years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, and technical writer. Ms. Hearn provides practical solutions to organizations through her keen ability to listen to and communicate with clients. Her experience spans Government, healthcare, telecommunications, and financial industries. Throughout her career she has successfully developed and implemented processes and solutions that improve organizations and result in cost savings and streamlined business operations. Ms. Hearn specializes in organizational improvement through the use of technology and industry best practice.
Ms. Hearn's philanthropic endeavors include local, national, and international mission work where she provides monetary, medical, and emotional support to homeless and poverty stricken populations. Her helping spirit translates into her work and provides the foundation for her client centered, solutions oriented approach. Ms. Hearn holds a Masters of Art in Professional Communication, a Bachelor of Art in English and an Associate of Arts in Web Graphic Design. Ms. Hearn is a certified Project Management Professional, ITIL Expert, SCRUM Master, Certified Process Design Engineer, and Certified Strategic Workforce Planner.
