Program Management
We know how to manage multiple projects within established timeframes, scope, and budget. We employ a consistent methodology across all projects to ensure tasks stay on track, quality standards are met, and risks are properly managed. This approach yields positive results, including cost reduction or avoidance and overall service improvements. Our philosophy is that less is more. We establish standards and reporting structures that work for you and your management team. Our standards and supporting documentation are concise, straight-forward, and applicable to your line of business.
Project Management
We understand that projects are time-framed, not interminable. Our goal is to help you, empower you, and then release to you any work you choose to continue in-house. We can manage projects, identify and implement course corrections, and provide training to bolster your ability to properly manage projects. Projects are meant to enhance your organizational capabilities and at SRE we work with you, as a partner, to assure the projects we manage and implement help you accomplish your mission.
Certification and Training
We train you to provide enhanced governance and management in the areas of business and technology. Our training focuses on improving your organizational capability through IT service management and project management best practices. When SRE teaches you about Project management, you will be able to carry that knowledge throughout all of the projects in your organization to ensure effective management of Schedule, resources, cost, and risk.
